When are dues notices sent out? 

Notices are mailed about a month before dues are owed. If you receive a notice and are renting, please be sure to pass the information along to the homeowner.

What do dues cover?

Dues are paid primarily toward maintaining the green space common areas spread throughout the neighborhood and the pipeline that cuts through the community. These are mandated costs in the Covenants. In addition, we also pay an accounting team to manage the finances, small administrative fees, and the hosting costs of this website.

How do I pay my dues?

Dues must be mailed to the address below via check made out to Wyndham Residential Association. You may be able to set up auto bill pay to send a check directly, please contact your bank for more information. We currently do not accept digital payments except for special circumstances and in a limited capacity. If you have any special needs, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
